I'd recommend this hotel for: Couples

"Not just the tallest hotel, the Empire Landmark Hotel is also one of the most fabulous. The Cloud 9 restaurant is just breath-taking as it revolves around the top of the tower, 42 stories high! It’s definitely the restaurant to check out when you’re in British Columbia. And be sure to go there on the weekends where you’ll catch live bands. That’s why I like staying there because it’s just that much easier to hangout in Cloud 9’s bar. It’s also very romantic. While we were there, we saw a guy get down on one knee and propose to his girlfriend. She said ‘yes’, obviously, and while they were at dinner, a member of the hotel staff sprinkled roses all over their hotel room! (We heard about it the next day in the lobby.) You need to experience this hotel for yourself to see how cool it really is."
