Good alternative to Downtown

I'd recommend this hotel for: Couples

"I wanted to stay somewhere downtown, but couldn’t find any place that was within my budget. A friend of mine recommended the Best Western in Central Phoenix because in essence, it’s really not that far from Downtown, and they have a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport for hotel guests. That’s not bad considering it’s about a $30 cab fare from one location to the other. I also saved money by eating breakfast at the hotel every morning because it was free! The service was friendly and the rooms were clean. I couldn’t ask for more."
