I'd recommend this hotel for: Couples

"My boyfriend was so happy to be only three blocks from the Diamondbacks whereas I was happy knowing there were still 3 blocks separating me from Randy Johnson (I'm a New York fan!)! All kidding aside, the rooms were great. We stayed on a high floor, which the desk captain recommended because the beds were just put in, and let me tell you, they definitely were brand new. They weren’t lumpy at all. And when I went to take a shower, I realized that there was only one towel. We called the front desk and someone from housekeeping knocked on our door almost as soon as I hung up the phone. The service was great and the staff was friendly. It’s just what I expected from a Hyatt property."
