I'd recommend this hotel for: Couples

"The Wyndham Phoenix Downtown is conveniently located five miles from Sky Harbor International Airport. Its downtown location also makes it central to all that is Phoenix -- shops, restaurants, and great people. We paid a little more than economy price for a luxury room. The bed was quite large and ultra comfy. The room was spacious and cool. I’d stay there again, as would my husband."
