Older, charming, classy

I'd recommend this hotel for: Couples, Families

"For a change, I decided to stay at an older hotel and was very pleased. The Lombardy is a very charming and classy place. The rooms are not large but a nice size and clean and modern. The staff was very pleasant and quick to help out. Lombardy is right near the White House and walking distance to most of the places we wanted to see in DC. I’m really glad I decided to stay. It was a different type of place for us. We usually stay at big chain hotels, but this place was a welcome change. I will return to the Lombardy the next time I come to Washington."
