"Do not stay at this hotel. It was a horrible experience. First they took over 1-1/2 hours to pick us up at the airport. When the driver came after the third phone call, he said he was full and could not take us to the hotel. He said he would be back in 15 minutes, he came back in about 25 minutes. Secondly, there is no place to eat except the hotel restaurant and they closed for Columbus day!! Lastly we asked for a 4:15 wakeup call but did not get one. Fortunately, I set my cell phone alarm as we had a 6 am flight to catch. The desk staff seemed friendly enough, just incompetent."
