"What sets this place apart from every other luxury hotel in Miami is its people—they truly go out of their way to make you feel at home. My family and I stayed here for the first time on our last visit to South Beach and we have never encountered such an amazing and helpful staff. Everyone, from the person behind the check in counter, to the bartender and the groundskeeper were friendly and accommodated our every need. We also loved the location on the corner of Ocean Drive and 14th street. You have perfect access to the most upscale dining and nightlife, plus the best spot in South Beach for people watching. "
