Poor management

"I stayed at this hotel for five days. The housekeeping is poor. We did not receive clean towels one day. There were four ice machines on the property and only two of them worked. My wife forgot her camera charger there and management promised to return her call three times and never did. They tell us they checked the room for it but we wholeheartedly know it was left there but they are not interested in helping us. We have to go back to St. Petersburg for another week but we will never stay at this hotel again."
