Disappointing!

"In March 2007, my husband and I stayed in Tampa overnight at this hotel, arriving around midnight after a late flight. The hotel was very accommodating to reserve our room for a late arrival, and sent a courtesy bus to the airport to pick us up (although the bus took 40 minutes to arrive after we called). On the other hand, the room was a total disappointment, especially for tired travelers! First of all, the night clerk was unfriendly and condescending/rude. The toilet was running and didn't flush, the outlets were inaccessible behind the bed (the sockets were pulled out from the wall and hanging by thin wires), the sheets didn't fit the bed, the mattress was too soft and sagging, the TV didn't work at all, and the bathtub/shower had no safety mat or grips, making showering a treacherous experience. For over $200 per night, this was a total rip-off. I expected more from Amerisuites. (On the positive side, we enjoyed their breakfast buffet, which offered many choices of fresh food "
