"I am a bargain shopper, so I thought I had hit the jackpot when I found this place. We used their park and fly service which means we stayed a night at the hotel, parked our car there while we were traveling and picked it up after we got back. The room was terrible! The carpeting was pulled up and frayed. I have actually seen better toilet seats in a gas station or a bar at 1 AM! The heater didn't work well. This should be enough, but the real "surprise" came at the end of our trip. We called the hotel to let them know we were ready to be picked up (part of the package includes drop off and pick up at O'Hare airport), and we said where we were ready to be picked up. This was at 9:08 PM and we were in luck, the driver was already at the airport and would be picking us up in a few minutes. Few minutes my back end! We were so lucky to see the shuttle (it is actually a run down van) drive right past us and onto the highway! My husband called the hotel back immedi"
