"I booked a stay at the Royal Sonesta recently and it was absolutely fabulous. The hotel is located in the French Quarter, right on Bourbon Street, making it the perfect spot for people watching. The room was quite large and very clean and the atmosphere of the hotel is sort of like a European flair mixed with Southern charm. My room had a nice view of the pool. Some of the rooms have secluded patios and I plan to book one of those rooms on my next visit. To make up for the lack of a patio, I was able to hang out in the hotel’s tropical courtyard, which is just off a very elegant marble lobby. I would definitely stay here again and plan to come back soon. "
