"I was so upset that the weather was so bad. My flight had been cancelled and I needed accommodations for the night. The airline put me up in a hotel, but I needed to get back to work ASAP. I made the most of it and I must say that the Hyatt Harborside was a great place to stay. It's right at the airport and the staff is used to dealing with people who have missed their planes or have had flights cancelled. They were very helpful and actually calmed me down, as I was by myself. Though it was unplanned, the Hyatt Harborside was a great experience, which made me not mind my flight cancellation as much. "
