I'd recommend this hotel for: Business, Couples, Families, Groups

"Great hotel at a great price. The suite was larger than most and very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a problem with the air conditioner not working properly and they had an engineer at our door in about 10 minutes to fix it. The only thing I could really say bad about it was the buffet breakfast. It was cold and many of the plates and warmers were empty. There was only one person trying to re-fill the buffet and take customer orders at the same time. I would definitely stay there again if I was in the Cleveland area."
