"I hate business travel. It takes time to get to your destination and somehow everything gets messed up (they lose your reservation or you get caught in the rain). But this time was a completely different experience for me thanks to Westin Philadelphia. Everything worked out very well with the reservation and they put me in a clean, comfortable room. They were very organized with the whole situation. It provided me a great, luxurious place for my stay away from home. This time I definitely saw the sunny side of the street. "
