A Creole House is not clean

"This hotel is not clean or sanitary. It is in disrepair, falling in around its own ears. This is more of a boarding house type place than a hotel. Rooms are dark and they stink. Carpets are stained and peeling up, etc., doors to rooms are in very bad shape, making a person feel unsafe in their room. Neighborhood is not fit for families, especially with young children. I believe this was a beautiful old home at one time, and has the potential to be a wonderful place to stay for those who enjoy history, antiques, and old New Orleans ambience. This is what we were looking for, but it has become disheveled and not maintained over the years. "
