What a Joke!

"I visited Lee's Summit for a day, stayed here and was completely repulsed by the entire hotel. When I showed up the front desk staff was nice, and polite and I figured it’d be a nice place to stay – that was until I got to the rooms. I stayed in a non-smoking king, the sheets were nasty and smelt foul. The carpet made me not even want to walk on it, and not to mention I didn’t even have towels! There were bugs everywhere, smeared into the carpet, crawling up walls and in the shower. When I went to check-out and complain I got nothing but negativity from the manager who basically blamed me for the entire mess. I would not recommend this hotel, and will not be staying again. "
