I'd recommend this hotel for: Couples

"This is not your regular type of hotel; it's more like a small apartment. If you're on a budget, you can pick up groceries and cook in your room. You get the feeling that you live in New York, and not just a tourist. It's great for a broke student like me. The room we had was a decent size with a kitchenette. The location is good, right near Washington Square Park. There were plenty of restaurants and clubs close to the hotel. Clean linens and towels were available upon request. If a "backpacking" or road-trip style stay is what you have in mind, this place is OK."
