"This hotel is a huge rip-off, stay away. Far away!!! My girlfriend and a her friend stayed for 2 nights and came home with bed bugs. After a couple weeks of trying to get rid of them ourselves we had to get an exterminator for $600. The hotel took no responsibility and said they have a clean environment. The manager Marco and the rest of the staff where rude and unprofessional regarding our issue. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else."

I'd recommend this hotel for: Business, Couples

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Sohotel. The rooms were nice and clean and the hotel staff is helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. I got maid service everyday. The location is good, right near Little Italy, Greenwich Village and Chinatown. There are so many restaurants to choose from, maybe hundreds, and lots of museums, theaters and clubs to enjoy. "
