I'd recommend this hotel for: Business, Couples, Families

"We arrived from London to another hotel just down the road which was truly awful and we did not stay. Somebody on the street recommended The Lucerne and even though it was the night before Thanksgiving we were lucky enough to get a fantastic room. The staff were absolutely so helpful to us and the room was really great. Beautifully re-furbished to a very high standard and spotlessly clean. There were lots of very helpful things like an in room safe, umbrella, ironing board and iron, which all add to the comfort of your stay. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming and it was a fantastic base for us in New York. It was much nicer to be away from the madness of Times Square and we really loved the location. There are lots of great little shops and places to eat and drink. The restaurant which is part of the hotel - Nice Martin - was fab and we had a great turkey dinner on the evening of Thanksgiving. Could not recommend this hotel more - it is absolutely a great find"
