"We arrived to no parking. King bed took up entire room. Which was tiny. No room to be comfortable in. TV was little. Bathroom floor had hair on it. Shower tile had grout on it and did not drain right. Slow check in. One person at front desk on Friday night to check in the hotel that was packed from Cotton Bowl. Room service tray was outside when we checked in at 6 was still there by 11 that night. No military discount. Charges for wireless internet. Expected nicer quality for 200.00 a night. Check out was slow. "

I'd recommend this hotel for: Business

"I recently stayed at the Adams Mark for a convention and was very satisfied. Its convention area is across the street but can be reached through a skyway. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the service was good. The food they served at the convention was very classy. The staff was very helpful with advice on what to do and gave good directions. There is a nice gift shop that stays open late and we were able to get inexpensive snacks. The hotel is also located near the Mall of the Americas. I wouldn't mind coming back for the next convention. "
